Concession Discounts Terms & Conditions

Concession Discount Terms and Conditions:

  • This discount is exclusively available to customers aged 60 years and above. Proof of age may be required on arrival.
  • The discount is valid only for new bookings
  • The discount is not valid at Long Meadow Campsite.
  • The discount must be applied at the time of booking to receive the discount.
  • This discount cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotional offer.
  • A maximum stay of 21 days is permitted per booking.
  • If a booking date is changed after the discount code has been applied, any applicable price adjustments for new dates will be charged at the correct rates.
  • The company reserves the right to withdraw or modify this discount code at any time without prior notice.

Discount Details

Peak Period Discount: A 10% discount applies to bookings between the following periods:

  • 3rd April 2026 – 5th April 2026
  • 1st May – 3rd May 2026
  • 22nd May – 30th May 2026
  • 23rd July – 31st August 2026

Off-Peak Period Discount: A 20% discount applies to bookings between the following periods:

  • 1st January 2026 – 2nd April 2026
  • 6th April – 30th April 2026
  • 4th May – 21st May 2026
  • 31st May – 22nd July 2026
  • 1st September – 31st December 2026
Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions

  • Gift vouchers can be used as full or part payment toward eligible products or services. Vouchers cannot be used to book at Long Meadow Campsite.
  • Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If the value of the purchase is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will be retained for future use (within the validity period).
  • If the value of the purchase is greater than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will require payment by the customer.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Vouchers are for one-time use only and must be applied at the time of booking or purchase.
  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse voucher redemption if misuse or tampering is suspected.
Newsletter – 3 Night Break Draw

Newsletter Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  • The prize draw is open to new newsletter subscribers who sign up between 21 January 2026 and 20 January 2027. Multiple entries using different email addresses will not be permitted and may be disqualified
  • One winner will be selected from all eligible newsletter subscribers
  • The winner will be drawn in January 2027
  • The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of newsletter sign-up
  • The prize is a three-night camping stay at any Camping New Forest campsite, excluding Long Meadow
  • The prize is valid for up to two adults and two children
  • The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative
  • The stay must be taken between 1 February 2027 and 22 December 2027
  • The prize excludes bank holiday weekends and the Christmas period (22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026)
  • Bookings moved outside of the valid date range will be charged at the full standard rate
  • The prize is valid on new bookings only
  • The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions
  • Camping New Forest reserves the right to withdraw or amend this prize draw or offer at any time, without prior notice.

Bucklers Hard X Beaulieu X CNF Giveaway

Terms and Conditions:

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over
  • The competition closes at 23:59 on 19 March 2026
  • One winner will be selected at random and contacted on 20 March 2026 via social media
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Camping New Forest reserves the right to select an alternative winner
  • The prize includes a 3-night stay with Camping New Forest for 2 adults and up to 3 children, plus a family ticket to Beaulieu and a family ticket to Buckler’s Hard Museum and River Cruise
  • The Camping New Forest stay must be taken between 30 March and 10 April 2026 and is subject to availability
  • The camping stay excludes Long Meadow campsite and glamping accommodation
  • The prize covers pitch fees only and excludes equipment hire, additional vehicles, or other chargeable extras
  • The Beaulieu family ticket covers 2 adults and up to 3 children and must be used between 28 March and 12 April 2026
  • Beaulieu complimentary tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain
  • Beaulieu tickets cannot be used in conjunction with Gift Aid
  • The Buckler’s Hard family ticket covers 2 adults and up to 3 children
  • The Buckler’s Hard River Cruise operates between 28 March and 31 October 2026 and is subject to weather and operational availability
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given
  • The prize cannot be extended beyond the stated validity dates
  • Travel, food, equipment hire, and other personal expenses are not included
  • Entries must be made by liking the competition post and tagging a friend in the comments. Each additional tag counts as an extra entry

  • Valid Dates: 1st June 2026 – 30th June 2026
  • Minimum Stay: 3 consecutive nights
  • Offer valid only at Setthorns, Holmsley, Ocknell, and Ashurst campsites.
  • Available on stays any day of the week, subject to availability.
  • Applies to stays of three consecutive nights or more within the promotional period.
  • The lowest priced night will be free.
  • Discount applies to pitch fees only and excludes extras (e.g. awnings, additional vehicles, electric hook-ups, or other chargeable items).
  • Amendments to bookings may result in a price adjustment and any changes will be charged at the applicable rate.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  • Subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
