We’re part of The New Forest Agricultural Show Society, and we’re delighted to have been chosen to run Forestry England’s ten New Forest campsites.
We’re also proud to run Fineshade Wood Campsite in Northamptonshire under the Forestry England brand, bringing the same back-to-nature camping beyond the New Forest. We can’t wait to welcome you for New Forest adventures.
The campsites we look after
We run ten Forestry England campsites across the New Forest, and the Society runs Long Meadow near Brockenhurst. Filter by what matters to you, then take a look around.

One booking at a time£1 from every stay
Caring for the New Forest’s unique landscape costs millions of pounds each year. To play our part, £1 from every booking goes back into the Forest, helping offset the impact of tourism.
It funds the Camping New Forest Grant, which gives local organisations up to £500 for projects in conservation, education and community engagement.
Our story
The New Forest Agricultural Show Society
From a small one-day agricultural show at Netley Marsh in 1920, the Society has spent over 100 years promoting agriculture, horticulture, forestry, equestrianism and rural crafts through The New Forest Show.
It also runs Long Meadow, the popular campsite that has welcomed visitors to the New Forest since 2009, and in 2023 it launched Camping New Forest.

Yes. We run Fineshade Wood Campsite in Northamptonshire, between Stamford and Corby, under the Forestry England brand.
