Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions

• Gift vouchers can be used as full or part payment toward eligible products or services. Vouchers cannot be used to book at Long Meadow Campsite.
• Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the value of the purchase is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will be retained for future use (within the validity period).
• If the value of the purchase is greater than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will require payment by the customer.
• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
• Vouchers are for one-time use only and must be applied at the time of booking or purchase.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to refuse voucher redemption if misuse or tampering is suspected.

Newsletter Giveaway Terms and Conditions

• The prize draw is open to new newsletter subscribers who sign up between 21 January 2026 and 20 January 2027. Multiple entries using different email addresses will not be permitted and may be disqualified
• One winner will be selected from all eligible newsletter subscribers
• The winner will be drawn in January 2027
• The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of newsletter sign-up
• The prize is a three-night camping stay at any Camping New Forest campsite, excluding Long Meadow
• The prize is valid for up to two adults and two children
• The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative
• The stay must be taken between 1 February 2027 and 22 December 2027
• The prize excludes bank holiday weekends and the Christmas period (22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026)
• Bookings moved outside of the valid date range will be charged at the full standard rate
• The prize is valid on new bookings only
• The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions
• Camping New Forest reserves the right to withdraw or amend this prize draw or offer at any time, without prior notice.
