Concession Discounts Terms & Conditions

Concession Discount Terms and Conditions:

  • This discount is exclusively available to customers aged 60 years and above. Proof of age may be required on arrival.
  • The discount is valid only for new bookings after 01.09.2024.
  • The discount is not valid at Long Meadow Campsite.
  • The discount must be applied at the time of booking to receive the discount.
  • This discount cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotional offer.
  • A maximum stay of 21 days is permitted per booking.
  • If a booking date is changed after the discount code has been applied, any applicable price adjustments for new dates will be charged at the correct rates.
  • The company reserves the right to withdraw or modify this discount code at any time without prior notice.

Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions

  • Gift vouchers can be used as full or part payment toward eligible products or services. Vouchers cannot be used to book at Long Meadow Campsite.
  • Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If the value of the purchase is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will be retained for future use (within the validity period).
  • If the value of the purchase is greater than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will require payment by the customer.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Vouchers are for one-time use only and must be applied at the time of booking or purchase.
  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse voucher redemption if misuse or tampering is suspected.

Offers & Discounts

3 for 2 Nights (JUNEFREE)

Terms and Conditions:

In addition to the general Terms and Conditions of Camping New Forest (“CNF”), the following terms apply specifically to the JUNEFREE Discount Offer (“Offer”). By creating a booking using the discount code, JUNEFREE customers are subject to these Terms and Conditions in addition to the general Camping New Forest Terms and Conditions. In the event of any contradicting statements, this document takes precedence for JUNEFREE bookings.

Bookings

The Offer is valid on bookings made between 28th May and 30th June 2025 and only applies to stays of three consecutive nights or more. Stays must take place between Monday and Thursday within the eligible date ranges listed below. Bookings must be made online using the promotional code JUNEFREE at the time of booking.

Bookings must be made over the following dates to qualify:

  • 2nd – 5th June
  • 9th – 12th June
  • 16th – 19th June
  • 23rd – 26th June
  • 30th June – 3rd July
  • 7th – 10th July
  • 14th – 17th July

Discount Application

When the code JUNEFREE is applied to a qualifying booking:

  • The cheapest night of the stay will be free.
  • The discount applies to pitch fees only and excludes extras such as awnings, vehicles, electric hook-ups, or other chargeable additions.
  • The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers.

Cancellations and Amendments

All JUNEFREE bookings are subject to CNF’s standard cancellation policy.

If a JUNEFREE booking is amended in a way that disqualifies it from the Offer (e.g. reduced to fewer than three nights or moved outside the eligible dates), the discount will be removed, and the standard rate will apply.

General

  • Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
  • The promotional code JUNEFREE must be entered at the time of booking. It cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • This Offer is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
  • This Offer cannot be used at Long Meadow Campsite

Dogstival X Camping New Forest Giveaway

Terms and Conditions:

  • Open to UK residents only and must be aged 18 or over.
  • The winner will receive three nights stay for two people at one of Camping New Forest’s campsites (excludes Long Meadow campsite and Glamping) and two weekend adult tickets to Dogstival for Saturday 31st May & Sunday 1st June 2025.
  • Competition closes at 23:59 on 24/03/2025.
  • No cash alternative can be given.
April ’25 Dog Competition – 3 Night Stay

Terms and Conditions:

  • Open to UK residents only and must be aged 18 or over.
  • The winner will receive three nights stay for two people at one of Camping New Forest’s campsites (excludes Long Meadow campsite and Glamping)
  • Competition closes at 23:59 on 31/05/2025.
  • No cash alternative can be given.
  • Prize cannot be redeemed during UK bank holidays
  • By entering, participants agree that Camping New Forest may use submitted photos for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website, and other digital or print materials.
  • Ten finalists will be selected by Camping New Forest based on creativity, composition, and how well the photo represents the camping experience with a dog. The winner will be determined via a public vote hosted on our social media.
  • Limit of one entry per person. Multiple submissions will not increase chances of selection.
  • The winner will be announced on our social media channels and contacted via direct message. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Camping New Forest reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • Entries that do not tag @CampingNewForest or use the hashtag #CNFPup will not be considered. Camping New Forest reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed inappropriate or that do not comply with the competition rules.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Bookings moved outside of 2025 will be charged at full price.

Lymington Seafood X CNF Giveaway

Terms and Conditions:

  • Open to UK residents only and must be aged 18 or over.
  • The winner will receive a three-night stay for four people at one of Camping New Forest’s campsites (excludes Long Meadow campsite and Glamping) and a weekend pass for four adults to the Lymington Seafood Festival (Friday 11th – Sunday 13th July 2025).
  • Competition closes at 23:59 on 17/06/2025.
  • No cash alternative can be given.
CNF X New Forest Show Giveaway

Terms and Conditions:

  • Open to UK residents only and must be aged 18 or over.
  • Two adult and up to two child membership tickets to the New Forest Show (valid for any one day of the show: 29th, 30th or 31st July 2025).
  • A three-night camping break for up to four people at a Camping New Forest campsite, covering the dates of the show (28th – 31st July 2025). Excluding Long Meadow Campsite and Glamping accommodation.
  • Competition closes at 23:59 on 9/07/2025.
  • Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
  • The winner will be contacted via the New Forest Show’s or Camping New Forest official social media channels.
