If you love getting back to nature and enjoy being in the great outdoors but don’t have your own camping equipment, don’t worry! Glamping, known as glamorous camping, is the perfect solution with pre-erected bell tents that are already pitched and ready for you to stay in.

Bell tents, originally created based on military and Native American traditions, are now commonly used for camping and luxury camping. A pre-erected bell tent is exactly what it sounds like – a spacious, canvas tent that is set up before you arrive at your camping destination. These tents are furnished with cosy amenities, providing a hassle-free and comfortable camping experience. Think of it as a home away from home, nestled in the heart of The New Forest.

We have four locations that offer bell tents! Each comfortably sleeping 2 adults and 2 children, our bell tents provide a luxury camping experience, allowing you to explore the beautiful New Forest National Park, safe in the knowledge that a comfy night’s sleep awaits on return.

• Spaciousness: Unlike traditional tents, which can sometimes feel cramped, bell tents provide plenty of space to move around, store your belongings, and even stand up straight!

What to bring with You

• Bedding, duvet and pillows
• Cooking equipment (burner, kettle, pans, utensils)
• Food and drink (we recommend BBQ food!)
• Appropriate clothing: Be prepared for varying weather conditions. Bring along walking boots or trainers ready to explore the miles of trails.
• Bring along your bikes; there are plenty of cycle trails to explore from two wheels!

• Beds for 4 people (1 double, 2 futons)

Our glamping locations

Roundhill

Situated on the picturesque woodland road between Beaulieu and Brockenhurst, Roundhill Campsite offers space and plenty of nooks and woodland for children to explore. It’s a great base for those wanting to enjoy all the New Forest National Park has to offer with access to miles of walking and cycle tracks. Then, at the end of the day, grab a cup of tea and relax watching the famous New Forest ponies roaming freely around the site and drinking and bathing in the pond – bliss!

Hollands Wood

The ideal spot for you and your family to get lost in nature’s playground. With the natural features of the land still in place, weave through the tree lines, amongst the ferns, and into slightly more open land, giving plenty of places to explore. Here you really get the best of both worlds – a friendly campsite in lush forest with the benefit of onsite facilities and the lively village of Brockenhurst a short walk away.

Ashurst

Step off the train and immerse yourself in nature and delve deeper into the woods of ancient oak trees. Perfect for families this site has all the facilities you need and is within walking distance of pubs, cafes, and shops.

Long Meadow

Long Meadow Campsite is ideally located in the heart of the New Forest National Park, with immediate access to safe off-road walking and cycling paths. Brockenhurst, a lovely forest village, is located only a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute stroll through the forest. Brockenhurst has many shops, pubs, restaurants, and cafes as well as a butcher, bakery, greengrocer, and ironmonger.
